1. COMMON PROVISIONS
You shall not have the right to withdraw from the order when it is for the delivery of any of the following Products:
i. Customised items
ii. Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and where unsealed after delivery.
Any return or exchange must be made within 7 days after you had received the product.
You can return the product directly to the address outlined on the receipt received on delivery of the product. We ask you to return the product without delay.
Your right to cancel the order shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them (be the products have not been worn, used, stained or soiled).
No reimbursement will be made if:
• the product has been used;
• they have been damaged (not by our fault).
Please return the products using or including all their original packaging with all garment tags still attached. In any case, you must send the product to be returned together with the receipt that you received when the product was delivered.
For any orders within Vietnam, we will cover the costs incurred in the return of the product for you, but for any orders take place outside Vietnam, the return costs are payable by you.
After examining the product, we will inform you of whether you have the right to reimbursement of the amounts paid. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to cancel.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges will predicate on stock availability.
2. RECEIVING A REFUND
The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase. Any costs incurred in the process of refund the payment to you will be bear by you.
For customers who live outside of Vietnam, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through SansBorne Saigon.
3.RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you think that at the moment of delivery the product is not as stipulated in the order, you must contact us immediately, providing the product details and the damage sustained via our customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org; you can also call us on +8477 9019 247 (a toll free call depending on your mobile network).
You must return the product to the address indicated on the receipt that you receive with the product.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email or phone number within a reasonable period if the product may be exchanged or whether you have a right for a refund (as appropriate). The refunding or replacement of the article shall take place as soon as possible and in all cases within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the product is going ahead. The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
